How Your Church Can get involved
Host a Welcome Tent
Set up a simple tent or table to represent your church. Bring a sign, a few printed materials, and some friendly volunteers to help welcome guests. The connection area will be open from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, and this is the heart of the outreach effort. We are asking churches to keep things simple, respectful, and focused on unity.
Invite Your Congregation
Encourage your members to attend and bring someone who may not already be connected to a church.
Optional: Help with Kids Activities
If you would like to bring a yard game or help staff one of the simple activities already planned, we would be glad to have your help.
