RENTAL INFORMATION

Price list
Holden Pavilion (Farmer’s Market)— $200 per day, includes power & water
Barn — $400 per day, includes power and water
Exhibit Hall - $600 per day, includes power and water and Tables/chairls to seat up to 200 people
Arena — $500 per day, plus $10.00 per hour when lights required
Fairground Midway — $200.00 per day no utilities, ($25.00 per hook-up per day for utilities)
Amphitheater — $200 per day, includes power & water
Ticket Trailer - $100 per day (only available as an add-on to another rental)

Agreement
A signed rental contract along with a non-refundable deposit of half of the rental fee or $200 (whichever is lower) will be due within 14 days of receipt of reservation to hold any individual facility or area.
A $250 damage deposit is required for each event. The remaining half of the rental fee and damage deposit is due 30 days before the event. The damage fee will be refunded at the end of the event provided the facilities passes inspection by a FARM Center representative..
